I always appreciate when I walk into a gym and the first thing I notice is how clean & nice it smells. I had a blast learning with a strong group of ladies. We all got to expand our skills. It was such good energy, and the coaches were great. The experience made me feel comfortable to really test my ability to execute violence in a controlled environment.
