I always appreciate when I walk into a gym and the first thing I notice is how clean & nice it smells. I had a blast learning with a strong group of ladies. We all got to expand our skills. It was such good energy, and the coaches were great. The experience made me feel comfortable to really test my ability to execute violence in a controlled environment. I love feeling safe while training. I highly recommended you come check out a class you may just find your next new favorite hobby!

Both of my kids (9 and 11) have been going here for several years now. They have made huge strides no only in their martial arts and self defense skills, but also in their fitness, confidence and, development good humans.
